The staff were fantastic, helpful and accommodating. Amazing view from our balcony. Plenty of space. Helped us arrange beach massages. Sweet gesture for my husband's birthday. Can't wait for the ocean views after remodel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel on Isla Mujeres, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is situated right on the beach, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The private crushed coral beach was truly a paradise, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The attention to detail in the hotel was impeccable, from the inviting rooms with king size beds to the hot water showers. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every need was met. I also appreciated the value for money, with breakfast included in the price. It was the perfect place for a getaway, especially for families with small children.

Everything exceeded my expectations, nothing to improve here.

What a great holiday! the hotel was in a convenient location, just a short taxi ride away from the main area. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the private beach was a real highlight, and it was so nice to have it just a few steps away from our accommodation. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a small fridge provided.

The hotel could use some updates, as the decor in the rooms felt a bit outdated. the shower wasn't the best, and the wifi only worked near the restaurant.

The location of this hotel is ideal for those wanting to be close to the beach. It is nestled in a lush tropical garden which leads down to a private crushed coral beach. The serene and tranquil atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. the hotel is away from the busy center, making it easy to get around either by walking or getting a taxi.

The restaurant was undergoing remodeling during my stay, so it was not open. This meant that there were limited options for food within walking distance or open late.

We loved staying at this hotel on the south side of the island. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the touristy crowds. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a great balcony overlooking the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served excellent food with a sunset view. We also enjoyed the pool and the private beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

The location in the Punta Sur area was perfect, with close restaurants nearby and the town center just a quick golf cart ride away.

Stopped here for lunch and to use the beach during my golf-cart tour. The beach had a beautiful view, although there was a lot of sea grass. The docks leading out to the water were lovely. Despite the restaurant being under renovation, we were accommodated by their sister hotel next door. The breakfast included exceeded our expectations. The private beach was perfect. I'll recommend this hotel.
